Bart Spachek

Bart Spachek is the Founder and Director of Reign Benefits Consulting based in Overland Park, KS. His firm was created to educate employees about their current retirement benefits and to recommend strategies that could help maximize investment saving and income.

A native of Kansas, Mr. Spachek grew up in a small, rural town. His parents owned and lived on an 80-acre farm, but their primary focus was working at an agricultural based bank that had been owned by their family of several generations.

Mr. Spachek attended Kansas State University where he graduated with honors with B.S. in business administration. He worked in a variety of marketing and sales positions early in his career, living in several locations around the country. Mr. Spachek opened his own insurance and financial services agency in Kansas City in 2005. He later transitioned his practice to a more single-minded focus on financial services.

Mr. Spachek has developed considerable expertise in consulting with individuals on their investment and planning options within their retirement plans including 401(k)s, 403(b)s, 457's, TSP's, as well as IRA's.

Mr. Spachek enjoys traveling, playing sports, reading, and most importantly spending time with his wife and daughter.

John Fitch

Based in Kansas City and as Director of Advanced Planning, John provides a comprehensive approach to financial planning specializing in the education of the self-directed brokerage option that are part of many employer sponsored retirement plans.

After graduating from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Political Science, John started his career in the Financial Industry working for the Missouri State Treasurer. Knowing that he wanted to help others obtain their financial goals in accordance with their personal endeavors, John recognized that a career as a Financial Advisor was the right path. He holds his series 7 and 66 registrations in addition to being a licensed insurance agent for life, health and disability.

John's primary focus is with individuals on their investment and planning options within retirement plans, including 401(k)s, 403(b)s, 457's as well as IRA's utilizing advanced strategies in a tax efficient manner.

He holds himself to high ethical and integrity standards while building trust and confidence with each client. This is accomplished by helping to educate the client through each phase of the planning process.

Before joining Reign Benefits and in addition to his advisory practice, John has helped financial advisors construct institutional level investment portfolios for high net worth clients. He has also helped educate Financial Advisors, on a national level, in the specialized area of Eldercare Planning.

Outside of work, John is an avid reader that enjoys spending time with family and friends. He enjoys various outdoor activities as well as anything related to Kansas City professional sports and TCU collegiate athletics.
